OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of Rush Line Athletics Girls Flag Football program is to create an environment for girls to compete, have fun, and develop skills that will create character and foster leaders so that they will be able to use the learned skills in the communities in which they live
FOUNDER/PRESIDENT
Mr. Jeff Hibbert is a veteran educator with over 20 years of experience working with a diverse group of children. Mr. Hibbert is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. His ability to connect with students on a personal level making his teaching style challenging but also engaging and fun for students. In addition to being a local educator, Mr. Hibbert has been a referee for 20 years. His experience consists of youth/Parks and Rec, middle and high school basketball, youth/Parks and Recreation, Pop Warner, middle and high school and college football, high school girls and adult male flag football and youth and Varsity boys lacrosse. He is passionate about the health and well being of our children and he strives to build confidence in each child.

“Our mission is to empower girls through the sport of flag football by providing a safe and inclusive environment where they can develop their athletic skills, build confidence, foster teamwork, and cultivate leadership qualities. We aim to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and a love for the game while creating opportunities for personal growth and achievement both on and off the field. Our goal is to inspire and support young girls as they strive for excellence, learn valuable life lessons, and form lasting friendships through the power of sport.”
